Awesome!

SVOboy 05-22-2008 05:01 PM

Sorry for the typo in the post title, on an unfamiliar keyboard, :)

Johnny Mullet 05-22-2008 09:08 PM

That is awesome!

Gone4 05-22-2008 11:26 PM

That's a lot of publicity for one week!

MetroMPG 05-22-2008 11:37 PM

Congrats on the high profile blog post, Ben. You're on a tear.

reformed 05-22-2008 11:49 PM

Very cool! Did you contact them to write that or did they contact you?

AndrewJ 05-23-2008 12:33 AM

Ben is slowly (but surely) taking over the world!!!!

I better go out and get me a copy! :D

BTW, maybe it'd be a good idea if someone put the article in a post complete with artwork for prosperity's sake. You know that down the road we will be saying "Remember when....."

SVOboy -

This is great! I can show my family and friends that Ecomodder has made it to the mainstream media!

Very nice SVOboy!

They were actually talking about your article on the radio this morning (Kramp and Adler for the Milwaukee guys here). I didn't catch it all, but they did mention some of the mods we do and the tips from the article. I was going to call in but I don't have their number (and don't listen to them much tbh). Someone else did though and he mentioned he bumped his mileage up from 30 to 36. It was really cool to hear it locally. :)

OK, don't necessarily go 20 mpg out there
Shouldn't that be mph?

BTW, congrats!! Super article.

DifferentPointofView 05-23-2008 11:46 AM

awesome! They just need Ecomodder to be slapped on there in HUGE letters to get us more attention!

You're right, I don't know where the typo got introduced but i'mma pretend like it was one of the editors.

Daox 05-23-2008 12:05 PM

Wow, I just checked out the digg.com comments. Amazingly positive!

dremd 05-23-2008 10:14 PM

SWEET!

I'm glad that I already made friends with you :-)

BTW If I had to pick some one to take over the world it would probably be Ben. The only thing I ask is that when you do run things is to not outlaw meat, drastic reduction in amount is alright with me though.

LostCause 05-25-2008 01:43 AM

That is awesome. Congratulations, you've made it to the big leagues...:p

I think it would be cool if they devoted an entire, illustrated article to the subject. The modifications and techniques employed are pretty creative and proven to work. Wouldn't it be cool to see SVOboy's CVX illustrated out in PM glory...:D

Did anyone look at the reader comments? I hope those people weren't being serious...
