Chevy Cobalt rusted fuel lines replaced but didn’t replace evap line
Am I wrong to think I should be able to kick the repair shop in the nuts for not replacing the rusted evap line when the did the rusted fuel lines and the bad fuel injector?
I would think when your in there it should be a millionX easier to replace the evap line with the fuel lines, now I’m wondering if there is an easy way for me to fix or bypass this. I can’t find any videos of the evap line replacement but from memory of my older cars it went with the fuel lines. Am I wrong? Not sure if there is a common failure location on the evap line like there is the fuel line. Almost tempted to find where the vacuum is generated and put a partial plug there to just pass the airflow test. |
