Civic d15z1 po7-900 (not mine) on ebay
I've been emailing a gentleman from England about a ecu he posted. It's a p07-900 for d15z1 but with an automatic transmission. If anyone would be interested in trying lean burn with automatic here is your shot. I imagine they are rare. Won't get as much as a manual but would be a fun project

The automatic gearing sucks. I don't think it will drop the RPMs low enough when highway cruising. Right now I have the 3 stage set up with automatic and when on highway at 60mph my RPMs are almost at 3k. Almost out of lean burn range.

darn, is that with an overdrive?

That's in the last gear, 4th gear. IM thinking of rebuilding the . This car was build for me mum. it might be sufficient but not to the standards I was expecting.

I wonder if there may be an automatic made that has a really tall gear that would work well for this. I've only had stick shift civics of this vintage so I wouldn't know

I mean to say, rebuild a cvt transmission and drop it in. I have everything I need to get it to work. All from a d16y5 engine. If it can drop the rpms lower that would be a plus for me.
