Oil alert

The post for when I find motor oil on sale at a national chain store for cheap.

Today at walmart I found Mobil1 0w-20 oil on clearance for $2.50 per qt. I know some of you guys love that stuff.
Briggs and Stratton SJ rated synthetic 5w-30 is on clearance for $4.50 per 1/2 quart, which isn't a great deal, it's an ok deal for harder to find SJ rated oil. Maybe give it a week and they will mark it down more.
"SEF" brand gasoline ethanol free quarts are on clearance for $1.25, now $5 per gallon isn't a good deal unless you can't locally find ethanol free gas or you're looking for shelf stable gasoline.
The VP full synthetic half quarts are on clearance for $3.10, that's an decent deal for SN rated full synthetic.

I was looking for "motorcycle motor oil" on clearance but found that instead.
That is all.

The Briggs and Stratton 5w-30 synthetic had been marked down do $1 per container.
That means you can get SJ rated synthetic oil for $2 per qt. I cleared the shelf, a whole 3.5 quarts.
SJ rated is what most of our late 1990s, early 2000s cars and small engines should be using.
There's also "VP fuels" brand full synthetic 10w-30 oil that is SN rated, same price, cleared that shelf too. Got all 2 bottles of it.

This saves me from having to put $10 a quart motor cycle oil in my small engines.

There's $5 a gallon marine 10w-30 synthetic blend at walmart.
Whatever FC-W spec is.

Super tech the Walmart brand is having a clearance sale on some of their synthetic oils.

I also discovered a very interesting oil. Super tech "Heavy duty 30wt oil for 2-stroke off road diesel engines only" and it's cheap.

Shoot you are lucky. Walmart is always out of most oils when i go. If I don't order motor oil online for pickup usually i wont get it. Especially 5w-30 that **** is hard to find.
