Convert a Rokea 150cc scooter to electric
 

First, has anybody here converted a gas scooter to electric and if so, do you have any tips and parts lists? Second, does anybody know of a good step by step guide to doing it?

I have several electric motors just laying around but don't know if I could use those. They're off various air handlers. Don't know what else I need.

I haven't done it, but it shouldn't be too difficult. There are parts places online that specifically cater to electric scooters like this:

You just need a motor, controller, batteries and a charger. Possibly a BMS depending on what battery chemistry you use.
