What? You didn't notice the blue HANDICAP tag hanging from the rearview mirror? Probably a parking HANDICAP tag!

Did you look in the background too ?

Yeah, they backed into the parking spot, but since the HANDICAP sign is STILL standing (albeit slightly crooked), one must give them the benefit of the doubt and assume (I know) they didn't knock it (the sign) over.
