DC Controller Troubleshooting

I have posted information about the Netgain Industrial controller on a couple of threads now. Astro has suggested that it's time to start a thread. Perhaps he can move the off-topic posts from other threads - like the BMS thread :D

This thread will start with troubleshooting the Netgain Industrial Controller specifically, but since I have trouble staying to only one topic, it will probably discuss other controllers if the information may apply generally.

So far, I have a couple of Curtis 48V controllers, a P&S Cougar 500, 2 Netgain Industrial controllers, and some IGBT driver boards from Paul that could find a home replacing stuff that I can't fix any other way.

**WARNING ** Boring technical information ahead!

Enter at your own risk ...
