I'll give it a shot sometime, as I do like Elvis music. On a tangent, I really enjoy Cash's cover of the NIN song "Hurt". I know a guy that has a spot on Cash cover band, but he hates it and prefers his own music and band, which I've never really understood. You know what I'd give to be good at imitating top performers? Seems narcissistic when performers stubbornly stick to their own act when the point of performing is to move an audience.

Youtube has been pushing Elvis impersonators at me all morning.

I O.D. on this pretty quickly. Even a baritone voice isn't enough without the power and charisma.

I was at the grocery store [once] and the local Elvis impersonator invited my to go ahead with my hand-full. I regret I didn't think to mumble 'Thank you. Thank you very much.'

A few days ago I saw a truck that said "Elvis cleaning and painting" on the side. Until that moment I never realized how much I wanted to get my Elvis cleaned and painted. :rolleyes:
