cougar controller help fault

I had build a controller board for open source controller and ruining an igbt brick.

But as son as i power it on yellow led is on all the time and when i push the throttle 40% or more it powers out and kills the outpot and yellow led starts to blink.

And one more thing when i throttle up i can se the response only from 30-40% in that small part it powers and goes to max. I am ruining it on 12 v and when i watch for the voltage it
start not from zero and does not rise gradually but starts from 6.5 and at 30%of throttle and then goes to full at 40% of throttle.

I thank you on all the help.

I think I know what's wrong. The microcontroller is doing throttle proportional to current. So, let's say you give it 50% of full throttle. It will ramp up the pwm duty until the current sensor feedback is 50% of 500 amps. But with LEDs that's never going to happen (250 amps), so what you get is ramping all the way to 100% duty but with essentially zero current feedback, which is a fault, (since 100% duty and no current won't ever happen with a real motor), so the yellow led blinks fast.

You can loop the wire trough LEM sensor a few times so it reads a few times multiplied current; makes light loads testing easier

No it is ok , now i nead to link the second igbt as a diode , if i connect gate to emitter i will make a powerful diode an i can use it as freewheeling diode.

And do i need a suffer capacitor if i will have a big capacitor bank.

Tnx
