Nice that they don't let people peddle. That was my biggest problem with the solar bike challenge which I took part in during High school. Making peddling part of the equation turned it from a technical challenge to one that was really only about which team had the lightest and fastest rider. My picture is still on their site, heh.

I mean that any competition where they allow people to peddler, then the competition is less about using a good solar panel and fuel efficient design, and more about how strong the peddler is. The competition should be a technical one, not a athletic one. :turtle:
