add "$ paid per gallon" section to fuel log?

Just thought it would be a nice addition to the fuel log..

thanks

For a while now, I've been adding price per gallon, total cost, and octane to my comments so I can keep track of all that....makes it easy to scan to see how your prices jump around...see my fuel log for what Im talking about.

I think it would be nice to enter it into log boxes like other info instead of entering it in comment section.....OR maybe have a certain number of info boxes that you can customize to your liking

From there it'd be simple to calculate "$ saved vs EPA" history

While we're adding features to the fuel log...

Would it be way to difficult to change the way millage works so that instead of having to calculate the miles traveled yourself, you just enter your actual millage and it calculated the miles run based on the previous entry?

just a thought... perhaps too much work on the back end to make work.

Please say if it's too much to ask -- is it easy to create the "$ saved vs. EPA estimated usage"?
