VX Guru's - Is this the real VX O2 ??

Been doing ALOT of reading on the forum trying to get the details on WHICH O2 is the correct one for the 93 CIVIC VX and have read so much, my brains are scrambled ! LOL

This is on EBAY right now :

It's not the cheap 4-wire and not the most expensive 5-wire, so it's looking pretty good ! But it states as being for BOTH L1H1 & L2H2... CoRnfusing !!

Can you fellow VX Guru's please elaborate from experience if you can ?
