I'll help with a link to the site:

It does not seem to do regenerative braking, which is a shame.
I'd look into modding that, or bikes that already have regen.
The place for that is
Endless-Sphere
IMHO a proper E-bike with big wheels is probably a better option.
Big wheels = more pothole and 'brick in the road' and pavement proof, as they go over, rather than into..!
Much of the std driving style etc advice here (like over inflating the tires a bit) is applicable. Do look around.
Improving aero is not easy on bikes as it turns them into 'vertical wings' and that's deadly.
Doing so without adding weight is close to impossible.
Just dropping the front mudguard on one of these, so that the the top of the wheel that's moving forward into the wind at 2x bike speed (squared for aero drag) would be difficult with the inverted fork.
The front might easily be rounded a bit as a (shaped) flat piece of plastic could be (flexed) bent into a bit a more of a (front bit of a) teardrop shape and affixed without looking ghetto.
But that adds weight.
F = m x a : Decrease m = less F for the same a...
More
aero rearview mirrors.
(
These look interesting for cars guys!)
Putting the 'airbrake' of a number plate on a hinge so that it can 'flap up' in the wind at speed maybe.
That back mudguard bit could go to improve both aero and weight. (Easy to cut off)
If your travel is mostly stop & go;
you might look at decreasing weight a bit by removing excess bits n bobs and excessive bolt lengths etc.
The nice thing about this is that it can be done in bite sized chunks as and when the mood takes you, without taking your transport out of commission when you need it.
Here's a car eg for inspiration.
