EM Garage : one bug and a few ideas
 

Here is one bug found in the EMgarage and a few ideas to improve it.

The bug : when "Efficiency instrumentation" is set to "factory installed" for a car, next edit of that car sets it to "other".

Some ideas for improvement :

. in fuel logs pages for my cars, a link to the main page of the corresponding car is present next "Efficiency log for". This link isn't present for fuel logs pages of other cars.

. updating EPAcombined for a car, doesn't update the sig*.png nor the graph*.gif.

. in EMgarage main page, a sort link on "% over EPA" could be useful to find best results.
