Leo the Early Adopter, just moved the Hollywood faux-eco fashion bull's eye from the Prii and into the Fisker Karma. The Tesla was too derivative of soo yesterday's Lotus Evora, and you can't fit more of your posse or your multiple girlfriends.

I know this is OT - the Tesla was an Elise not an Evora AFAIK. TBH if I had his money I would either buy that drag racing electric Nissan that does amazing 1/4 miles or AC A98 - the other Cobra Coupe

Anyway, it's nice to see an actual EV-car company roll out an actual car, from an actual factory, and deliver it to an actual customer.

Stand corrected. The Tesla is based on the Elise platform but the facelift is Evora. Tesla also hired & commissioned the Lotus design dept. to create the Roadster. Some say that the Lotus Evora design was a continuing in-house design project from the Lotus M250 concept...and the Roadster collaboration.
