It is a dual face! When viewed from a distance, it can protray a grimace ( of all the ignorant blippin rookies that THINK they are driving out there) to the grin ( of I found the trick way of making this mod work, and it is MY secret!)

You see, Frank does not want to age. Wearing the same face reduces age wrinkles,
and with less clothes to wear, the laundry bill goes down!
