I don't see how this is going to work, what is the input? fuel cells have alot of losses in the form of heat, electrolysis has alot of losses in the form of heat, inverters, compressor pumps, battery chargers all have losses in the form of heat as well... in other words you would be better off buying a toaster and hooking it up to the battery until it's dead.
