I thought that was you at the PETA Christmas party!

thatguitarguy 12-05-2009 03:19 AM

Shut up and eat your venison. And quit asking what happened to Rudolph.

koihoshi 12-05-2009 04:38 AM

Haha! Is that really him?

dcb 12-05-2009 05:19 AM

No, frank is not that @#%@ed in the head. The kids aren't exactly swarming santa for that matter.

You have to stay drunk a fairly long time to be thinking "this would be so cool" long enough to finish that project.

koihoshi 12-05-2009 06:01 AM

^^ lol

Christ 12-05-2009 11:39 AM

I agree with DCB... he's a crazy redneck (green neck?) but he's not that bad.

How many seasons did that guy have that idea in his head at 2 deer per year?

I haven't been here very long, but Frank kinda strikes me as a Red Green neck, err, something like that.

As always, the truth is somewhere in the middle~

I am that @#%@ed in the head, but that isn't me!

RobertSmalls 12-05-2009 08:02 PM

When you said red green neck, all I could think of was this:

The Red Green Show uses more duct tape than MetroMPG.

mcrews 12-05-2009 08:55 PM

wow................

I can't think of anything to say about that .....that.......picture....

You don't need much time to "know" Frank Lee.......

(he's a nice guy):o

Frank Lee 12-06-2009 02:01 AM

Aw shucks... :o

"Nice" is certainly debatable especially if someone in the real world was yanking my chain before I come online...

but I do strive to be accurate and informative and maybe even sorta fair

Red/green neck: I'm a treehugger and a gearhead, from a farm but retired from an engineering career, so how to reconcile that??? I guess by obsessing over bicycles, eco-vehicles, and relentless preaching against waste and overpopulation. And open pipes.

Hopefully my contributions aren't too far off track; if I don't know what's going on I try to stay out of it but that doesn't always work

Luckily there is a support group of really smart talented folks here

Christ 12-06-2009 02:38 AM

I try...

LOL

SVOboy 12-06-2009 02:42 AM

O golly, this post actually gave me a giggle. Too bad I'm not done with my finals yet! :)

Frank Lee 12-06-2009 02:48 AM

I didn't say if I tried very hard or not!

Christ 12-06-2009 02:57 AM

LOL.

I'm not the smertest persin here by any meens, but I like to think that I contribute knowledge and thoughtful interjection at times, and maybe a funny here or there.

THink of the mpgs once you got the THINK rolling.......course, you'd probably burn up a clutch every couple of weeks!!!!

Christ 12-06-2009 03:32 AM

I dunno... that car has 70BHP.. it could do it!

Honestly, swapping a cam in those engines can get you +20 HP without even trying. You put the cam from the D15B2 into the D15B1, and you've now got 92HP at the same redline. It's stupid. Add MPFI, and it gets even better. You get more torque and GAS MILEAGE!

Well, it's already amphibious, so a boat tail wouldn't be out of place. But before you add wheel skirts, you might want to start with fenders.

Just remember, it gets better mileage than an F250 monster truck, therefore this tractor tired Civic saves gas. :p

In SE AK, for the subsistence hunt you can pop a total of 6. A buddy and I once got 10 in 8 hours. Course many did not have racks as we were hunting for the freezer not the wall.

Christ 12-06-2009 11:04 AM

That's kinda like saying "eat cuz you're hungry, not cuz it's there."

Blaspheme!

I'm guessing there's a clever photoshop, but I'm not seeing it.

Dang, we're allowed a lot more than that here in Ga.

Yes but the taller tires change the final drive ratio, nearly idles at 70MPH!
