Honda CRX HF Project

I have been creeping on the forums a bit and I have decided to pick up a 1989 CRX HF this weekend.
It's gonna need a bit of work but it runs good and shifts good.
Here is what I plan so far
5 point harness and a harness bar (no airbag)
Re-paint
flat steelies
Perhaps some weight reduction.

What are some typical mods that can be done pick up more MPG? I am aiming for 60.
