Free Golf cart with House purchase!
 

I just found an article about a small Manitoba town that will give you a golf cart free when you buy a house in the town.

The idea is to have a totally NEV community.

I wanted to go to school in Canada for my phd with my gf but she wasn't interested in it.

Holy crap! Look how cheap these homes are!! Any one of them would be at least a $250K where I live.

But this town is in the middle of nowhere:

It's over 1,300 kms north of Winnipeg Canada (or about a 26 hour drive :eek:). It's totally awesome that they have this incentive though.
