Front-wheel thingies
 

Again, I apologize. I never remember the terminology I am not sure that these would technically be a skirt. I looked into "floating" hubcaps and found these instructions:

"Old trick...drill and tap the spindles and bolt the hubcaps on to the spindle after you make sure nothing hits (valve stem,hubcap tabsweights) you should see peoples reaction.....lotta hey your wheel isn't spinning...your wheels broke!!!!!!"

You mount your pizza pans and then extend a bolt ("all thread") to half an inch past the tire and then mount an ABS cover over the top. I made an ugly depiction in Paint and Gimp. This would cover the top 3/4s of the wheel at all times and would not rub the tire, but I wonder about the hub. Would this stay in place? If not, how in the world would you support it? How can you enclose the rest of the wheel well taking into account suspension travel?

How would you attach it in the first place?

Once you solve my car theories then we can move onto my personal life! :D
