My VX was totaled today after 14 years I can't stand the thought of driving anything else....are there any decent VXs still out there for sale?

1992 vx for sale 256k fair cond

Just had a kid so I'm selling the vx I've had since 2000. Planning to make a real ad but just saw this. Located in Ipswich MA (near Boston).

Runs like a top but needs work. Multiple serious oil leaks. Hole in exhaust.

New clutch at 250k brakes at 235k.

Painted (professionally) in 2005.

Some rust in isolated spots. Overall good. California car 1992-2000 and 2010-2013. Can send pix.

Hey Matt,

Appreciate your post very much. I went ahead and bought a 2011 CR-Z instead. I love the VX but I decided they are just getting to the age where the repairs are too frequent/difficult/expensive for me as someone with limited mechanic skills. I'm likely moving to Arizona soon and A/C sounded like a good feature too!!

Nice!

Good decision. Enjoy it, those are cool. I've loved having this thing but it's at the point where it's a project/hobby not a way to get around and save gas.

Yeah... that guy is on crack... I could somewhat see a steep price if gas prices were high... like several years ago. Nobody's going to pay that unless they just have to have one.

It even was a salvage title! But he called it "pristine" condition and wanted $5500. Hahaha.

I would suggest doing a Cars.c o m search, you can search by miles from a zipcode and then select all your search reduction criteria!
