I may have finally found my HX!

1998 Honda Civic HX coupe, 5spd, A/C

1998 Honda Civic HX coupe, 5 speed, 162K miles, cold A/C. Power window and door locks. Very original, nothing real special, I'm second owner. I bought this car for the great gas mileage (I get 38 on highway and low 30's in town) but no longer commute. Has tags until May, 2014. I live in Chandler. $2700.00
I just do not like the color. Is there white plasti-dip? :P

My Ultragauge shows low 30s on the freeway, but it is showing 25.8 overall.

Should I check it out?

Absolutely check it out. Looks clean. Bring your UG and test drive it, looking for AFR indications of normally operating Lean Burn.

Sorry, "air fuel ratio" ... when the engine goes into lean burn the AFR will lean-out. Normal is 14.7:1, air:fuel... lean will be quite a lot leaner, maybe 18:1 or more. Study the guidebook that came with your UG or print another online (free). The UG offers percentages lean or rich in its representation of AFR (not the actual ratio, though 0.0 will mean 14.7:1). I hope that helps.

I am trying to find the AFR part of the manual, but it keeps hitting "calibration." I did find a part about Injector Cutoff, it will not detect it by default.

Ultragauge, you have failed me!

I found something about the Air to Fuel ratio, but it just talks about Lambda, not how to display it.

So, I should Plasti-Dip a Civic?

I am pretty sure that would look terrible, at least if I did it...

Plastidip adds a fair bit of weight, too.
It needs quite a few layers, certainly if you want white on a black car, and they tend to add up.
