Fuel injection

ok ive got my mazda b2000 running now and bought to start modding. my first thought is installing tbi fuel injection for stability and montoring. does anyone have any comments and suggestions on this.

My suggestion would be to look at the megasquirt. Its a low budget option with a fair amount of flexibility.

However, it would be much more beneficial to just start using some ecodriving techniques and aeromods. You'd probably see much larger gains there than going with a fuel injected setup assuming your carbs are tuned properly.

tuned properly and plan on other mods simple want fuel injection for two reasons i have a mpguino in my possession and frankly dislike carbs. thanks for the info.

FI is beneficial, but its likely to be kind of expensive. The mpguino is a good argument for getting FI but you could settle for a vacuum gauge to monitor your current driving. . .

Its kind of expensive so thats all I have to say. Also your pipes might not like it as they weren't designed with it in consideration.

thanks for the feedback... i agree would be kind of expensive actually wondering if be possible to retrofit a throttle body fuel injection from a 89 civic since the injectors spray into the throttle body of course the ecu would be hard to get to work that where i think the megasquirt would come into play.
