It's got a 37.5-gallon fuel tank, and at 15 miles to the gallon, it eats up 562.5 miles of highway on a full tank, enough to get from Fort Worth to San Antonio and back. So, like everyone else suffering from petrol-induced diminishing returns, I've been looking for ways to cut down on gasoline consumption, which explains why my bicycle recently underwent a tune-up and why I've been reading the Web site ecoModder.com.
