crankshaft position sensor oil drip

i have a severe oil drip from the crankshaft position sensor seal. top of the oil pan around there. flows down from the wire and then drips.
anyone fix this before ? easy fix or not ?

Search online. If it's a common problem, there probably will be a guide for how to fix it.

NiHaoMike also has good advice. For drivetrain specific stuff, I go to people who know lots of stuff about my drivetrain. For me that's saturnfans.com .

Ive looked in my service manual for the Crankshaft Oil Seal and Housing replacement, to replace the seal requires removal of the transmission/transaxle, the pressure plate, flywheel and spacer. then requires removing the oil pan. by that time to get there, i may as well have an engine rebuild.

Off topic, are you actually pulling 15mpg in your Firefly, or is that 15 km/L?
