I was thinking that if they ever really made something like that it would have the reverse affect on teens. I remember as kids we would touch the electric fence on my dad's ranch, on a dare.

could you imagine the stink PITA would make?

Might be a good thing for College towns - hook up sensors on the outside of buildings to zap the drunk kids from urinating on the buildings...
