another new guy

Hello all,i came accross this site while doing some ev reserch.I have finished one ev ranger and am working on a ev sandrail. Now you guys have me hooked on mpg.A few years ago i had 89 metro and loved it.I had a 12 mile commute and enjoyed the gas milage. i didnt drive it nicely and still got 45 mpg.not good compared to some of you but still fun. currently i still have the same commute but drive a GMC Yukon so not the same mpg.I have the Yukon for pulling my car trailer about once a month. The only time i have even kept track of mpg was on a trip to New York. There and back i got 14.7 mpg pulling a MG on the trailer w/ a/c on and going 65-70 most the trip.i was pretty happy sad to say. So the game has started and i want to see how much i can improve what i have. big engine no areo crazy heavy should be easy lol. i even started hooking up a vacuum gauge today good start.
Thanks Scott
