thanks to stumble

I have stumbled on this site and signed upon almost immediatly. after alot of reading I deciding to go ahead and introduce my self. been interested in mpg and electric conversions for a while. I live in NC and have ordered the diy mpguino and cant wait for it to show up.
I currently drive a 1st gen DSM ( 90 mits eclipse gst ). i have already made a few mods like the removal of the rear spoiler with the build in wiper and removed my ac belt well cause i never use it going to remove all the other ac components and block the front bumper. Im curently in the market looking for a steal on a lightweight manual vehicle (truck possible ev conversion or metro or equiv).

I understand that. however if you would really like to remove it could do what i did filled the hole with newspaper then took a mesh from a screen door and used fiberglass filler bondo will work to and sand with numerous different grit until you get as smooth as possible prime and repeat. if you dont mind the look of primer. lol

took off alot of weight from my car especially the wiper which you can imagine the weight due to the single wiper across the entire rear window.

Welcome, stumbler. <--- That's interesting to learn. I picture "stumbling" as the web equivalent of channel surfing - ie. a passive activity (from my own experience). So it's a bit of a surprise to see someone leap into the forum from it.
