Word to the wise...if you live in a cold-weather climate like me in Boston, MA (10 degrees on New Years Day with 0 degree wind chill)...don't participate in a 5k Hangover Polar Bear Run! To say it was cold is an understatement...and...I did not jump in the ocean...too cold!
