magnetic engines

i have attempted to make a magnetic engine like those you might have seen
on youtube.ive tried 2 different types

&

ive had poor results from both thou i see the potential for the application
if they really worked .

for solar charging i have found a alternative to pannels that might get more amps if a alternator and sun trakker is installed.

Those are engines that run off a temperature gradient from ambient air and focused solar heat.

The original post is about something totally different than Sterling Engines.

you are correct my post is in 2 pieces.
the first 1/2 is about the poor performance of magnetic engines.
the second is on using stirling engines as a alternative to solar pannels to

I think Sterling engines are pretty sweet in concept and its amazing how old the idea/technology is, however plans for highly efficient and economical version are closely guarded trade secrets and as a result its impossible to find readily available plans for DIYers. you are seeing them in use in more and more products though.
