well long story short I bought them for my vehicle because they are the lightest wheels honda ever made 9lbs I believe

Hey, just after you bought them you decided to sell? They fit your EX but they will have the effect of shortening your gearing a bit. Racers like that, often. Ecomodders not so often. If you check under planned mods on my garage page, you'll find a list of lightweight wheels that fit our cars. One is a 15" wheel about the weight of the VX rims.
