Hello from Ontario, Canada

Hello everyone, I'm new here. Anyone can help me to convert a 2009 Chevrolet Aveo to electric with a forklift motor?

Is your Aveo a hatchback or a sedan? Manual or automatic?

It's a Chevrolet Aveo 2009, 4 doors, standad. Also I have a Dodge Intrepid, automatic 2001

Welcome to the site!

An EV build is a fun and daunting project. I suggest starting a thread in the Fossil fuel free forum. Outline the plans for your build and I'm sure you'll get suggestions and help.

I'm presuming that by "standard" you mean it has a manual transmission

Yes, manual transmission

It makes everything easier. BTW some folks even remove the clutch when they convert a car fitted with manual transmission to electric, but I would rather not do so.

Thank you for the tip, I never been drive an electric car, I think that keep the clutch give the feeling of drive a regular car :).
