I'm not familiar with that car, what is the EPA rating? EPA for a 300E is 16 city 20 highway. Its usually not too hard to get 30% above EPA ratings IMO. Check out the 100+ hypermiling tips link at the top of the page. Start incorporating a few into your daily driving and you're guaranteed to see the mileage go up.
