How to Paint Chloroplast?

I recently put a grill block on my car. I was just going to paint it with some general spray paint. The thing is it's starting to get too cold for that kind of thing, should I just wait until spring or are there other paints I might want to look into?

Coroplast. I've painted it with just regular enamel paint and it seems to hold up and doesn't melt the plastic.

Ha, too much science lately. But thanks.

I painted mine with automotive paint. The areas that don't get touched have stayed painted. The areas that got touched during install probably still at that point were it was dry to the touch but still not dry. my wheel covers could use another coat but my grill block is still perfect

This is about gluing rather than painting coroplast, but might apply:

Blame it on your spell-checker. :)

If you don't care about the colour then black underbody coating can also be used. Spray a thin even layer on the material. The advantage is that it stays flexible and is easy to touch up if necessary later.

I used Krylon paint on mine, it was the "fusion" paint meant for plastic and it worked great.

On my old grill covers I painted them white to match the car just for fun, I'm leaving the current ones black.

First cleaned them off and rinse, then used an adherence promoter, light grey primer and then white.

Temp seems important in promoting the paint to dry effectively, even if you paint outside and then put it near a radiator inside.
