I've Started Writing About Cars - Feedback Wanted

Hey guys, I haven't forgot about this forum but I don't have an ecomod project vehicle at the moment, I hope to get one sometime sooner rather than later at which point you'll see me a lot more!

For now I want to do a bit of hideous self promotion but I'd like to spread this about a bit. I decided to have a bash at writing about cars so have started a blog, Third Lane Motors. I've got a couple of articles up at the moment, the first is a series of posts about a track day experience package that I went on and the second is a review of my 2002 Suzuki Swift. If you have any praises, or even better, constructive feedback, I'd love to hear it. If you read te first one and read more there will be a next button to the bottom right of each article until you reach the last (most recent) post.

In order:
How I became a racing driver for a day: Introduction & Back to School
How I became a racing driver for a day: Ariel Atom
How I became a racing driver for a day: Ferrari 360
How I became a racing driver for a day: Aston Martin V8 Vantage
How I became a racing driver for a day: Audi R8
How I became a racing driver for a day: Conclusion

Long Term Test: 2002 Suzuki Swift GLS 1.0

Bonus points if you can guess what vehicle my logo is based on

Here is my feedback from reading a little of it: well written, easy to read.

I liked your Suzuki 1.0 review: fun intro paragraph hooked me into carrying on -- "hell no".

Appreciated the injection of a bit of humour instead of a bland, by the numbers report. Gives it a bit of personality.

If you're doing this to create a portfolio, make sure you go over your posts with a fine tooth comb. I noticed a couple of run-on sentences, and a dubious "it's" (did you mean "is"), eg:

The most noticeable area that the Japanese have saved money is in the sound dampening, the Swift it’s very noisy inside at speed although the Chinese GT Radial tyres might be adding to that problem and maybe the factory fit tyres might have been better.

Excellent, I'm glad you thought so.

Yes I have been trying to hook readers with a short first paragraph so I'm glad that you noticed that. Bland reports are the last thing that I want to be doing so that style will be staying. I'm not really looking to create a portfolio, this is more of a hobby more than anything else but if it goes somewhere I won't stop it.

I loved reading those! I would give up body parts to have a similar experience. Needless to say I'm quite envious!

My best guess: Pagani Zonda.
Thanks! I dare say that similar things are available in the US. On the face of it they don't seem particularly cheap but if you drive a handful of cars like I did you'll come out the other side realising that actually for the experience it's fairly reasonable. Not a Pagani, it is European, but not Italian.
