Take note: This isn't concrete (a concretion), it's performance will likely differ. For sidewalks I suggest soil cement.

Given it's insulative properties being put in compression, it seems the highest use would be in an hexagonal tiled dome overwrapped with a basalt fiber geogrid in tension; all covered with an Ultrawhite IR shedding top coat.

I don think so:
You are replacing sand with air. (bubbles)
Or one filler with another.

(Doing so negates the acquisition and transport cost of sand.
vs
Xanthan and dishwasher liquid.
I wonder what the maths looks like?)

I AM thinking open cell!
Imagine roads without standing water!
But now we're thinking: "What else can one add to make it (tensiley) stronger?"
Or
to open cell it when the bubbles are still tiny?

(Mattress foam is 'opened' by exploding hydrogen on one side)

Allowing water through would create sinkholes. It's important for water to run off, not through.

Interesting as always:

Just using Ph colorants to see electrolysis at work amazes; but homemade electrode material is the best electrode material. New terms: catholyte and anolyte. Hydrogen at 3000 PSI without pumps?
