IGBT modules used on the Nissan Leaf inverter?

Does anyone know what IGBT's that are used on the Leaf Inverter? part numbers, datasheets, where to buy more and so on..?

Got a picture of a qr-code on one of the IGBTs, but it wount reveal any secrets.. :(
