Insight IMA Battery Issues
 
Well, I was just about ready to decide on an Insight, then starting searching here and found that there is some issues with the IMA Battery system. Read several of the great threads but most were over my electrical head.:confused:
Do these issues still reside with the latest generation of Insights? I'm looking at a 2010.

Head over to insightcental.net you will find all your answers there. but the short answer is that the 2nd gen insights have less "lethal" battery problems than the first gen, but do still have some.

Will a 2nd gen Insight still function with a dead traction battery? Just curious, I have no experience with 2nd gens.
