Hi there, figured I may as well introduce myself, I came across this forum after searching for info on the Honda Insight and found the revival thread on here. We've just picked up a 2001 non-runner that's been sat at a breakers for the last couple of years.

I can see already that I'll find some useful information on here. :)

Can anyone recommend anywhere to host some photos? I'm still a bit of a newbie at this!

I will be interested to here how things go for you with the battery pack.

I have an old pack that has been sitting around here for a while. My guess is it may be totally junked, but who knows?

What are your plans to deal with your pack since it has been sitting so long?

Welcome to the site. We'd definitly like to see some pictures! I like to use imageshack.us to host things quickly, but photobucket.com is also a good site.

And you have the option of attaching images to posts in the forum (5 per post, up to 100kb per img.)

Welcome to the site - I'm looking forward to seeing another "revival" thread. As the original crop of hybrids ages, I expect more and more people to be doing that kind of restoration.

what is the condition of your insight... how much did you get it for?

That is cool. I have been wanting to get my hands on an insight. The mpgs for that car are just beautiful. That and I like the digital readouts. Great to see one getting back on the road. Best of luck with it.
