Good to see this. Do we know of the intended drivetrain? Does it seat just the driver?

The fact that he's calling it "Atlantric" and seems to be in Atlanta tells me electric?

I asked him on FB and this is his answer:

The Atlantric form was set up to accommodate both EV and regular gas drives. Anything from an Elio to a VW-Bug or Subaru opposed would fit in there. It can also accommodate a motorcycle in Either FWD or MC-RWD if the passenger area is shifted forward. Modifications to the chassis is of course required to match the engine/drive. The main pitfall of this design is that one needs to climb in just a little. For some that isn't desirable. For the rest of us, well I'm cool with that.
