Experience with Crx

I'm hoping to do rear wheel skirts, front lower block to redo the entire lower bumper and/or front wheel spats, full belly pan with high digress into rear diffuser, rear tire spats, and fill all the gaps. My issue before hand is what material to use as I'm trying to do this on the cheap and got the car for $1400 and I'm already at 330,000 miles. Coroplast isn't cheap that I can find at $25 a sheet and I could use polyurethane for the gaps but am really asking for assistance to locate materials for these things on the Cheap. I plan on using 1/4" plexyglass I have sitting around for the belly pan but don't have much else. Thanks guys. Been a follower here and love my 2 HF CRx! I should ad that I'm currently getting 41mpg mostly highway at 65mph on 87octane. I'm hoping to get this all done before winter is over but we'll see.

You might check out local sign shops 'n see if they have some coroplast that they screwed up on a job and haven't discarded it yet.
Some of the spans you'll be working with will require stiffness,so it needs to be structural materials like coro..
I'd recommend that you don't use the Plex for the belly.It's prone to fracture,cracking,then all out failure.And it's no good near the exhaust heat.
Maybe a local metal recycling center has some discarded aluminum sheet you can buy by the pound if you can't find coroplast.Sheet aluminum also makes for good heat-shields to protect a plastic belly pan.
Aluminum angle extrusion might also show up at the recyclers,good for the spats,if I'm understanding you correctly.

Yep, never been to a metal recycling yard except to drop off a crappy car with no title. I'll have to try that.

It's not exactly the right time of year, but just after election time you can often get lots of pieces of coro-plast already cut to a convenient size, with text on them...

My local sign shop has a "discard pile" out back with various sizes/types of plastic sheeting. I haven't availed myself of its resources yet (and I would ask first).
