Intro and MPGuino interest

Hey everyone,

I just joined ecomodder and thought I'd leave a note about my vehicle (I was going to say a note about myself but I know everyone just cares about the car :D).

Currently driving a 1990 white Geo Metro 5-speed hatchback 150,000 miles on it. Got ripped-off (paid $750 and probably stuck over $500 more dollars in it). Mechanicly it's STRONG but the exterior and interior are really shabby. Should I bother fixing it up (i.e. replace carpet, paint, knock out dents, sand off rust)? (My wife keeps saying "you bought it to save money, not spend your money on it ;))

Also, I just bought an MPGuino and once I figure out how to assemble, configure, and install it, I might try assembling and selling them. Anyone know if there's an interest in that, or would I have a stack of them all to myself?:D

How many miles will/do you drive it a month?

Don't forget to enter a garage entry for the metro! Welcome to EcoModder

I would highly suggest taking a look at this thread, where the economic advantage of fixing up a gas saver is discussed.

Are you familiar with the term 'hot cakes' ?
