Kammback to Texas
Well, I'm finally leaving Sacramento Ca and heading to Boerne (San Antonio) Texas. Most of my stuff is already shipped and so all I had to do was load the Infiniti Q45 Sport for it's las trip. (the car is packed.
I was going to build a nice polycarb tinted Kammback but just didnt have time. But sicne i was taking my bike and the weight bench, I figured I'd just go ahead and use the test model of coroplast and tape!!! http://i678.photobucket.com/albums/v...mileage007.jpg http://i678.photobucket.com/albums/v...mileage006.jpg http://i678.photobucket.com/albums/v...mileage005.jpg http://i678.photobucket.com/albums/v...mileage004.jpg http://i678.photobucket.com/albums/v...mileage003.jpg |

You might want to look into some sort of framing that you can secure to yer car and then secure yer kammback to that as the tape might let go once you hit the hotter zones. I know from experience that Gorilla tape is NOT the way to go as the black backing will absorb the sunlight and soften the adhesive much quicker.
You could use some rubber matting and zip tie it to the Coroplast near the bottom edge. Stick/stuff the matting in the trunk and close it. :D Looking closer at yer piccies...you seem to have something already you've taped to and closed the trunk lid on it. I would secure it with some zip ties just to be sure it won't git blown away. :D Welcome to this side of Texas! :D |
Damned clever !
What happened to your wheel skirts/kits/pants/trousers ? |
