Language and region in Facebook English but foreign content
 

WTF is with Facebook sending only overseas content to me?

I’ve double checked All my settings are English , friends English, region English, forums I follow English

but videos, friend recommendations are Arabic or Asian
Even some of the advertising is from random overseas places

How do I block Facebook from showing overseas content ?

I originally joined Facebook for a couple forums but rarely did much else.
I don’t get why I get phillipino, India, and Asian content I can’t read or understand

I still get the normal friends and forum content but all the filler is overseas content

It's all gone downhill since Usenet. "A place for everything and everything in it's place."

Are you using a VPN or something else that's changing your IP address?

Or my favorite: the location is off and for some reason it randomized somewhere else. Google thinks I am right now in downtown Souix Falls.

Happens to me once in a while too. Probably because I take a look at car-related content from overseas, and then the algorhytm might see as if I am looking out for anything overseas.
