Live in southern california? Post here! (possible future meetups)

If you live in Southern California, and are interested in meeting with fellow ecomodders, please post here.

Also, leave your location on the following map, be sure to include your forum name so we can see who you are. Don't mark your location right on top of where you actually live! Try a nearby intersection or neighborhood.

Would be great to do an ecomodders meetup in socal, If we can get enough people and do some advanced planning maybe we can do a get together and show off our ecomodded cars... maybe an eco-race (see who can drive from point X to point X with the highest mileage) :D

Current # of socal ecomodders: 5

When the number hits XXX we will meet up!

I'd be down. I'm up by UCLA

A good thought. If everyone interested ends up being from LA, maybe we can look up when those HHO crowds have another meetup and combine them one day? I probably would never install that stuff on my car but checking out everyones' ideas is always neat.

We've already met, so the more the merrier. I like what getnpsi suggests also.

I am in San Diego but if a group of good people are going I'd drive up

I love getnpsi's idea of meeting up with the HHO crowd too.

How about we all vote for a certain number, and when we reach that democratically elected number we then meet up. I suggest we propose a number slightly higher than we would like to see and account for 1/3 of the people NOT showing up (for whatever reason). Is this a good idea?

If so, I say about 20 people.

I live in San Diego County and avoid LA at all costs, even if I'm heading to northern California. There are ways to avoid LA that only add a couple miles to your log.

Added a map system like the sticky so we can organize where we all are and possibly find a center point for all of us to meet (after all, that would be the most fuel efficient thing to do, won't it?) ;)
