Lower grille block - '01 Saturn L200

I found myself in Lowe's yesterday and saw they had 30" x 36" sheets of coroplast for $7. I decided it was time to try my first aero mod.

I decided to cover the entire lower grille along with both fog lamp holes.

I used some coarse-threaded screws I had laying around. I spray painted the coroplast and the screws for improved stealth.

Not bad!
Once I buy a SG I'll do some ABA testing. For now I'll just keep an eye on the temp gauge and hope for the best.

clean! does your bumper also come with a lower lip?

I used a piece of clear lexan on my smart lower grill so I could still use the fog lights, works great. Chumly

Yes, the lower lip was stock. It's about a centimeter shorter than it started as a result of rubbing on steep driveways and parking curbs.
