H2 from water electrolysis: NOT fine. Even with Solar, as Solar's not free is it and electrolysis is not efficient.

Good point! Like solar; not free; upfront costs.

Hmmm... this might be an alternative to batteries.
ie: make fuel rather than store the energy in batteries, or waste it.
