Measuring tyre pressures.
Everyone agrees tyre pressures play a part in helping fuel efficiency so the question of how you measure them becomes an important part of the routine as well.
So , Do you use a tyre pressure gauge? Use the one at the gas station? Us an air compressor in your garage? Me? I use the local gas station one and inflate to over what I need. Drive home , park the car and check the pressures the next morning with my gauge and adjust to what I want to have. Pete. |
I have a keychain digital gauge- it's awesome!

I have a cheap tire-shaped gauge I got from AutoZone that I put the steering wheel decal from a Neon on... it's a RAM logo that goes in the middle of the wheel, it's pretty slick cuz it fits the rubber "tire" around the gauge perfectly, and it's only used on my Van, which also happens to be a Dodge.
