Realizing that sellers and shoppers might want to see official data about a used vehicle’s fuel efficiency, the Environmental Protection Agency now offers an online tool to generate a do-it-yourself window sticker.

The label also displays a quick-response code that can be read by some smartphones to generate model literature and other data about the vehicle.

...to be truthful, at first, I read the "...back to 1984" title as retrogressing back to George Orwells' "1984" (ha,ha).
